Wests Scarborough is creating a five year plan. It covers the juniors, the pathway, the senior men’s and women’s teams, our facilities at Bennett Park, and how the club sustains itself off the field.
Before the committee writes it, we are asking the whole community three questions.
Who are we?
What does Wests exist to do, and what makes it different from any other club.
What do we value?
Which principles should sit at the heart of every decision we make.
What does success look like?
Against which measures should we judge ourselves over the next five years.
Around fifteen questions. Ten minutes. Anonymous unless you choose to leave your name.
The survey closes Sunday 30 August.
Everyone is welcome to answer: players, parents, coaches, volunteers, past players, sponsors and supporters. Junior players should answer alongside a parent or guardian.
Responses are read cohort by cohort, so the junior view is heard in its own right and never swamped by another group’s numbers. The committee receives a summary in September, and we will publish what the club said and what we are doing about it. Your answers are used by the club only, reported as totals and themes, and are not shared outside the committee.
